Dennis was born in Queens and grew up in Westchester County, NY. After graduating from Princeton University, he was a speechwriter and analyst at Elsevier, a science and health information publisher. He now works in a broader capacity as a writer in the communications department. Dennis is a member of Emmanuel Presbyterian on the Upper West side.
