Originally from San Diego, Jeana moved to New York in 2005 seeking four seasons and an opportunity to teach secondary science in Harlem through Teach For America. She currently serves the national organization as the Director of the School Leadership Initiative, managing partnerships and fostering leadership to increase the number of TFA alumni who are principals across the country. Jeana gets excited about Trojan football, photography, baking, snowboarding and training for the NY marathon.
