Laura was born in NYC and grew up in the NYC, Chicago and DC regions before attending Princeton University. After graduating with a BA in Spanish, she did the logical next thing and started working as a portfolio manager in rates and FX options/vol for the currency hedge fund FX Concepts. When not trading, she loves spending time with family and friends, running, late dinners, all things vintage and couture, dance parties (esp. when costumes are involved), and FNL or Grey’s marathons.
