C.J. Masimore is a Staff Attorney at MFY Legal Services, where she specializes in eviction prevention by offering advice, advocacy and direct representation to low-income New Yorkers. She received her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from Calvin College. Formerly a federal law clerk, C.J. has had the pleasure of practicing private and non-profit law at home and abroad. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn Young Mothers’ Collective.
