John is currently an ordained minister on staff at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and was most recently named a lead pastor to direct Redeemer's new congregation in the southern part of Manhattan. When he is not working, he is exercising, traveling, planning new travels, cooking, taking pictures, browsing the Sartorialist, skiing, scuba diving, snowboarding, eating out or finding any excuse to hang out downtown. He, his wife Kyoko and daughter Sophie live in midtown Manhattan.
