Ryan was born in Seoul, grew up in NJ, and attended college in Evanston, IL. After a pit stop in Cambridge, MA to study public health, he worked as a pharma/biotech management consultant. Ryan then moved to NYC for dental school and residency. Currently, he is completing a dental oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and is pursuing a DrPH in health policy at CUNY. His passions include smile justice, faith + innovation in NYC, NK issues, and conversations over steak, scotch, and/or soju.
